As an Associate Staffing Partner at Publicis Sapient, your primary responsibility is to support the success of our business through ensuring systems updates and reporting excellence. You will balance multiple high-priority assignments while developing partnerships across the business to provide the highest level of customer service, ensure revenue, profit and growth goals are achieved. You will leverage your exceptional project management and people skills to promptly deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

Your Impact:

  • Oversee the direction, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests with support from Staffing Leads
  • Initiate staffing requests for both full time and contracting resources
  • Maintain and communicate key information to Staffing Leads about current projects, pipeline and resource forecast and provide daily job status updates to team members
  • Develop and drive execution of fulfillment plans to maximize revenue and profit through optimum deployment of talent
  • Leverage a data-driven approach to achieve goals
  • Solve for fulfillment challenges, risks and escalations by providing options through collaboration with business and capability leadership teams, talent acquisition, planning, and finance
  • Contribute to reporting for utilization trends and forecasts
  • Ensure alignment of key processes to support the integrity of regional and global capacity reporting cycles

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of Industry or Project/Program Manager Staffing/recruiting/project management/operations experience in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to manage complex initiatives to successful completion.
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting, etc.)
  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult client situations diplomatically
  • Strong organizational awareness and change management skills; time management and organization/multi-tasking skills.
  • Service & team-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, approachable)
  • Strong communication skills
