Job Description
We are looking for an Associate IT Talent Acquisition to join our team. As an Associate Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for partnering with all stakeholders to identify, engage, and hire quality talent by committing to start dates.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill all roles on time (by agreed upon start date) with quality talent
- Source candidates utilizing the search tools
- Steward of Publicis Sapient Brand through the articulation of our talent value proposition/story
- Ensure interviewers are prepared for interviews. Ensure they have all materials needed to assess candidate, provide feedback, and attend the debrief
- Escalate blockers to hiring leads on time
- Act as an SME on debrief calls and partner with interviewers to ensure the proper career stage is recommended and advocate for the candidate where needed with regular coaching
- Deliver on hiring commitments and KPIs
- Ensure accurate data in ATS (i.e., resume, interview status, expected start date)
- Basic communication is covered with interviewers and hiring manager when appropriate – start dates, onboarding, immigration, etc.
- Create a positive candidate experience with timely communication, effective interview prep, and details about the role, the interview process, and timeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques
- Understanding of core agile values, mindset, methods, roles, and how to apply them in their day-to-day activities and behaviors.
