Descripción de funciones: **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**This position will be responsible for carrying out Production support for the Global Oracle ERP Instance for Emerson Automation Solutions. Requires expert skills in Troubleshooting, Problem resolution and Communication.Critical success factors include:- Work with Oracle Technical Support on Service Request resolution.- Provide guidance in data preparation and migration.**SKILLS, QUALIFICAITONS, AND EXPERIENCE**- Student or BS with a technical background (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering)- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (both oral and written)- Experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite in a Global Finance environment is a plus**WORKING CONDITIONS**- Must be able to work at the office, 5 days a week (for a year)- Must be able to work from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
