- Formulating strategy and roadmap for ESS’s suite of Ascend analytical solutions, focusing first on Feature Engineering and working with team members to align priorities, dependencies, and roadmap across the product portfolio.
- Understand key user personas, customers & team members for Ascend’s suite of analytical solutions across regions.
- You will develop and understand product-market fit and key features to scale products globally.
- Obtaining input from data science, engineering, UX / UI and regional product teams to define technical requirements for product development.
- Build strong relationships with global and regional product management teams as we jointly bring solutions to market.
- Participate in sprint reviews to ensure delivery stays on track.
- Manage and track revenue reporting in partnership with regional stakeholders and ESS Finance.
- Contribute to drafting business cases for investment in product development.
- Manage backlog and communicate product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners roadmap updates and developments to business stakeholders
- Provide leadership to cross functional team(s) on short-term tasks/ near-term priorities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the credit industry.
- Familiarity with model development lifecycle for credit risk.
- Previous experience delivering analytical software solutions for credit risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in working with multiple teams and stakeholders and executing roadmaps.
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners
- Experience balancing longer-term projects with bugs and customer requests.
