About the Role: Compiles data for analysis, reporting, governance and/or communications to key stakeholders to support business processes. Your Responsibilities Include: Establishes and/or maintains processes to support the collection and dissemination of such data/information Reviews and/or reconciles data to support business processes Consistently seeking ways to make department more efficient in the way we capture, process and disseminate data/information Actively leads both system and process improvements Create documentation for department procedures as required Support internal and/or external audits as required Support adhoc requests and special projects as required (Magellan, 1099, etc) What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related At least 3 years of experience in similar position. English Level desired: 70% – 79% Strong and clear communication and collaboration skills. Require knowledge: Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing-Troubleshooting, POs reconciliations, 3way Match, SAP, Ariba Demonstrated experience managing and supporting change initiatives Desired knowledge: Free trade zone rules, SAP, knowledge in reconciling bank accounts and seats accounting, local an US accounting standards.
