About the Role: The Business Analyst III– Intelligent Automation (IA) CoE will partner with various BSC functions to deliver intelligent automation solutions and analytic insights that help drive informed business decisions. This role is expected to lead Intelligent Automation projects, drive process improvements through standardization and process optimization using lean and agile principles. The preferred candidate is an individual with strong analytical, communication, project management, process improvement and business partnership skills. The ideal candidate works best within a team environment, is a self-starter, is capable of handling multiple projects, and is committed to quickly delivering high-quality services and solutions within deadlines. This position will report into GBS Senior Manager – IA CoE The Global Intelligent Automation CoE Team within Global Business Services (GBS) delivers innovative intelligent automation and Analytics solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders based on their defined business use cases following an agile delivery model. The IA CoE utilizes business intelligence and process automation tools to solve reporting, visualization and process automation needs of the business. We are seeking an individual who work with IA CoE management and the technical development team to further the advancement of intelligent automation to deliver incremental value to Boston Scientific. This position will report into Senior Manager – GBS Intelligent Automation Your Responsibilities Will Include: Serve as a project lead for various Intelligent Automation (IA) projects following an agile delivery model. Work with development team to translate business requirements into automated business intelligence solutions. Contribute to detailed analysis and documentation of processes with emphasis on information and process flow. Partner with and support internal stakeholders and project team throughout the agile development lifecycle beginning from the discovery phase through implementation and stabilization. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure teams are driving toward the necessary tactical and/or strategic solution to meet customer needs, communication status and buffers team from potential distractions. Mitigate impediments that may impact successful team completion of release/sprint goals. Provide end user support, deliver training, and create and maintain process and technical documentation. Contribute to or lead business intelligence and intelligent automation solution testing activities. Develop in-depth understanding of business processes, underlying data, data structures, intelligent automation technology, and business uses of data, tools, and processes. Serve as the liaison between the business stakeholders and IT. Facilitate sprint planning and daily standups with developers. Provide design leadership using design thinking for advancing platform capabilities. Ensure GBS IA standards, best practices, and controls are implemented and followed. What we are looking for: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, related field or equivalent certification, and 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services, IT, product development and/or product/project management. English Level desire 80% or above. Experience in various business analysis and project management methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation. Demonstrated experience in supporting agile projects from start to finish with strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and strong interpersonal skills. Must be a quick learner and able to assertively engage with internal stakeholders. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking to balance risks with opportunities in making decisions. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel Experience with Agile backlog management tool such as Azure DevOps or JIRA Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate is a Certified Business Analysis Professional® (CBAP®), Certified Scrum Product Owner certification desired or 2+ years practical experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Scalable Agile Framework methodologies. Experience working with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Automation Anywhere or other data visualization, analytical, automation or machine learning technology. Experience working with the Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) Global experience: exposure to regional and business unit management teams, experience in organizational transformation projects, and/or experience in shared services organizations are a plus.
