You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview. About the Role: This position provides support to consolidation and data reporting activities for the Coyol site performance. Provide support to financial data management and report maintenance. Perform financial and costs analysis tasks which contribute to management decision making. Monitor the company´s budget and key metrics and perform necessary financial analysis, which allow appropriate financial and operational management. Your Responsibilities Include: Contribute to the development of annual operating plan (AOP), monthly control, variance analysis and local and corporate reporting. Conduct financial and budget analysis, generating several types of reports for managerial decision making. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts which are then sent to the company’s headquarters. Provide support to the accounting cycle, including month end activities; analysis and follow up of variances to standard costs and financial plans. Perform with a high level of customer service, both for internal and external clients of the company. Contribute to the costs accounting area in regard to control, definition and maintenance of Boston Scientific´s standard costs. Generate reports on month closing costs, scrap, efficiencies, labor and any other cost elements. Generate and engage in cost reduction projects. Additionally, teamwork with other departments will be fundamental. Provide support to develop and maintain reports, for financial and operational data, in order to achieve goals and promote timely execution. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in business administration / accounting or related field. English Level: B1-B2 (70-85%) Desired knowledge: Proven analytical skills / SAP / Proficiency in MS Excel. 3 or more years of experience in financial analysis positions. Proven knowledge in data processing and analytics, reports development and maintenance, Power Bi / Data Management knowledge is a plus. Knowledge in accounting processes, basic accounting is required.
