You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview. To create business solutions, tools, reports and metrics that will be utilized to communicate to all levels of the organization. Provide guidance and give work directions to others, responsible for developing the subject matter experts for the systems supporting Materials functions. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Analyses business processes and information flows to develop/improve the Materials function’s effectiveness and efficiency. Works with cross-functional managers to gain consensus on team project priorities Leads Materials group support of major business systems initiatives such as SAP enhancements. Works with Corporate GSP, MG Operations, IT, Supply Chain as well as Materials functions across the plant network in the prioritization process Define user requirements specifications, create testing scenarios and successfully roll out new IT/SAP projects and enhancements. Work with the users in the Materials Team to define and test SAP reports, databases or other systems functionally and tools requested by Materials Group. SAP, MES reports automation Additional Duties: -Develop and administer technical skills assessments for systems (SAP, MES, and others) to Materials personnel. -Design functional /systems/ tools training and educational documentation for employees in all Materials Functions -Provide support on MRP functionality. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy. What we are looking for: Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. English Level: 70-80%.
