Baxter Healthcare Corporation is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Analyst, Contracts Commercial Operations. This administrative role is located in the beautiful Heredia, Costa Rica.Your Team:The Department analyst is responsible for performing many tasks for the Medical Products Division. This position is responsible for performing and driving analysis and supporting decisions for several tasks under the US Hospital Products Division, solving complex requests received thru different sources (i.e. but not limited to emails, mailboxes, Price Activations tools, SharePoint).What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the Contracts team to ensure flawless execution of commercial operations.
- Main contact on contract standard process analyzing different contractual terms based on customer’s commitments with Baxter, setting up those within the BAM and JDE systems.
- Main contact on Vaporizer failure process, RMA and Exhibits as per request analyzing different terms.
- Analyze contract data to discover areas for improvement and potential cost reductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify effective approaches and successfully implement process improvements.
- Support the Contracts team in managing contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Track and supervise contract performance to ensure compliance with established terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with various teams to build reports and presentations that effectively convey important insights and suggestions.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in AS400, ERP (JDE Oracle Version)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish. B2 required.
