Descripción de funciones: Objective Ensure the recruitment and hiring of suitable personnel according to the profiles and requirements of the clients, whether internal or external.Main FunctionsLead and execute the complete fullcycle recruitment process, including hiring through to the new employees incorporation.
Facilitate sessions with clients and the Operations Manager to assess the requirements of the position to be filled.
Review and filter resumes to select candidates that fit the requested profile, conducting phone, facetoface interviews, or other filters required by the client.
Draft job descriptions and post them on social networks and job boards.
Schedule interview meetings between clients and potential candidates.
Perform background checks and references.
Prepare employment proposals according to client instructions and estimate salaries in line with the market.
Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the corresponding responsible person.
Follow up with all applicants and keep them informed about the application process.
Generate metrics and reports for the team, including background checks, background exceptions, and compliance reports.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Psychology, Human Talent Management, or similar fields.
Fluent in English.
Proven minimum of 2 years of work experience in recruitment processes, using various recruitment tools.
Experience in recruiting personnel in areas such as IT.
Excellent command of computing and MS Office.
Experience in hiring at the Executive level.
Strong communication skills and management of highlevel stakeholders.
Responsible for entire life cycle recruiting.
Exposure to different positions and industries.
Sourcing experience.Work Modality HybridSchedule Monday to Friday, an 8hour day, with flexible hours between 700 a.m. and 600 p.m.
