Descripción de funciones: **Duties and Responsibilities**
– Document procedures from scratch
– Revise and update procedures as part of a continuous improvement culture
– Update procedures according to legislation changes
– Handles procurement requisitions and keeps track of the open tasks
– Collaborates with procurement with specialized vendors and assessments
– Handles seminar planning: coordination of dates, training rooms, services, materials and any other requirement
– Takes charge of interactions with local department of Trade Compliance for support with technical language and information required during imports/exports
– Keeps track of the assets of the BU, documents any temporary loan and establishes the necessary records and controls to be prepare for internal audits
– Comply with mandatory trainings that are essential to a safe work, at customer´s and Emerson. Follows all safety and health guidelines given from Emerson and BU
– Fully document activities and reports on a shared space for the BU
– Contributes to the order and safety of the laboratory**Qualifications**Education
– Advanced student or Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar
– Languages: Spanish at a native level, English at a basic level is a plus but not requiredSpecialized knowledge
– Perfect Execution, lean tools
– Power BI basics
