Descripción de funciones: **Urgently looking for an Acquisitions Manager fluent in English and Spanish!**We are looking to add a full-time acquisitions manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.Our Business specializes in Vacant Land in the United States ONLY, and DO NOT sell any other type of Real Estate.Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding of Vacant land in the United States. Our team provides training on this, but you must be motivated to learn. We also require that you learn how to perform Due Diligence on the Vacant for suitability and run details on comparable properties (comping) on vacant land to figure out how to price our offers.Many sellers have very specific questions about Vacant Land Real Estate and the closing process when we purchase the land from them. It’s our expectation that you’ll spend the first few days on the job going through our training and preparing yourself for getting on the phones with sellers.**Responsibilities**:- Speak to potential sellers, handle inbound calls, and follow up with leads.- Negotiate property purchases and ensure successful deal closures.- Conduct due diligence on vacant land properties and perform comparative property analysis.- Develop a deep understanding of vacant land in the United States and stay updated on market trends.- Maintain detailed notes and records in our CRM system.- Communicate with sellers, addressing their questions about vacant land and the closing process.- Collaborate with the team, sharing insights and supporting company growth.- Utilize various software tools and platforms for property research and analysis.- Manage administrative tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or field.- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent Spanish-speaking skills.- Minimal non-American accent to provide a sense of speaking with someone in the United States.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage notes, records, and CRM data accurately.- Kind, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.- Motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems, Dropbox, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.**Schedule**:Monday to Friday (11am Eastern Standard Time to 6pm Eastern Standard Time – EST)Saturdays – 4 to 5 hours – Flexible with timing**Pay**:Base Salary between $10/hr-$14/hr (depending on experience) plus bonus for each completed Acquisition cycle as mutually agreed between us.
