This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry.?The?Accounts Receivable Specialist?should have?experience?in Credit & Debits processes, (Individual Request) by making sure all systems (SFDC-SAP) work adequate plus is likely to perform basic accounting tasks such as general ledger and payment reconciliations. Also oversees receivable transactions related to payment applications, refunds, write offs and chargebacks ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. In this role, you will… Prepare credit card payments reconciliation in a daily basis and provide visibility to the supervisor of payment exceptions Assist on collections team queries regarding credit card charges Prepare G/L accounts reconciliations in Blackline system in a monthly basis Assist to accounting supervisor on monthly reports (EPT invoices, Payments report, etc.) Provide support to other team members during month end closing on any task required (Download data, backup emails, credit memo analysis, etc.) In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree. Less than one year of directly related experience Be proficiency in English Accounting knowledge or proved experience on similar roles Basic Microsoft office knowledge SAP and Blackline knowledge
