Descripción de funciones: The Accounts Receivable’s Agent main responsibility is to support the receivables cycle for the North America region at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. This position is responsible for collecting the overdue balances for customer accounts that are out of the credit terms and build and maintain the bridge with customers to keep business continuity, meeting the Company objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate customer Aging Reports and Statements of account weekly with customers and Hellmann US Offices. Keep the contact bridge with the corresponding HWL staff and customer.Work closely with the Credit Analysis department, the AR team, another departments, the offices in US and Canada and the customers to ensure the receivable process report no impacts or delays in the collection process.Support and follow up for the resolution of disputes.Qualification Requirements and Skills:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma.Experience on finance fields with emphasis on the accounts receivables process. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specially working with Excel functions and report generation.LANGUAGE SKILLSEnglish: B2+, C1, Fluent (speaking, reading, writing).Spanish: Fluent.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication skills with ability to maintain fluent conversations at meetings and by phone.Strong analytical and organizational skills, strong attention to details, customer services oriented.Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed job management skills.Multitask oriented and able to work in a fast environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
