Job Description
Objective
Provide financial information that is presented to management through Publicis Groupe guidelines and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, through established manuals and in this way achieve the defined objectives.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the agencies the preparations and uploading in HFM different specials financials reports, required by Paris and US.
• Obtain and review the information sent to the agencies to prepare the monthly financial packages in HFM
• Analyze the financial adjustments in HFM requested by the agencies based on Publicis Groupe guidelines.
• Support the requirements for FMC and external audits according with the audits plans.
• Prepare accounts reconciliations for the agencies.
• Follow-up with the agencies the reconciliations open items.
• Coordinate with the agencies the additions, transfers, all the items form fixed assets, etc.
• Participate in different projects or implementations in the organizations/department.
• Provide any support to the supervisor of the department in any additional tasks necessary to approach the department goals.

Qualifications
Academic and Training Requirements
Formal Education.

• Bachelor degree or advance studies in Business Administration, Accounting of Finance.

Work Experience
At least 4 years in similar positions, in multinationals companies. Shared Service Center experience is desirable.
