Descripción de funciones: This position is created to performs and coordinate general accounting tasks and ensure their correct and complete accomplishment within a given time frame.Main Role and ResponsibilitiesAdministrate Petty cash and transactions’ booking.Perform GL reconciliations.Perform GL sub-ledger reports.Perform journal entries.Upload journal entries.Create miscellaneous billing.Perform local financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance).Analyze P&L GL accounts.Perform HBS-CR payroll process.Prepare HBS-CR labor liquidations.Submit HBS-CR labor insurance report.Submit HBS-CR Social Security report.Upload HBS-CR bank transfers.Control HBS-CR payables.Issue HBS-CR checks.Perform HBS-CR cash flow report.Submit HBS-CR reports to Government Entities: BCCR, SINDE and PROCOMER.Estimate accruals.Update DCS report.Create the average maturity report.Perform financial statement consolidation.Prepare HBS-CR payments.Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School DiplomaPrevious experience in Accounting Accounts Payable ExperienceEnglish Level – Medium (written and spoken)Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is:Frequently required to stand and walk.Regularly required to sit for extended periods.Regularly uses arms to reach, hands and fingers for computer and phone use.Speaking clearly and listening for heavy phone contactRequires close-up and computer screen distance vision ability.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics are similar of those of an office setting with various office equipment.
