****Job description**:
**Position Title: *Follow-up Specialist / Acquisitions Manager****$800/month Base + Commission + Bonuses****Reports To: *CEO****Experience (required)**:*
– 2+ years of phone or call center experience (sales environment is preferred)
– **Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint**:– **High School diploma****Preferred:– 2+ years of sales or phone sales experience*Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:*
– Answer/return/follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system
– **Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner**:– **Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed**:– **Act as a lead contact for sellers**Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties **Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially ** Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed **Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved ** Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position **Attend business meetings and trainings as required ** Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned*Position Requirements and Skills:– Must have 2 years of sales experience (with a proven track record) Must be ambitious!
