Credito Real USA Finance is one of the nation’s top automobile loan providers and we are searching for a **Logistics &** **Remarketing Assistant** to be responsible for performing administrative duties related to the remarketing of repossessions etc.
This position requires your presents in our San Jose/Santa Ana area office Monday – Friday.
**WHAT YOU’ LL BE DOING**
– Arrange transport to auction.
– Administer title processes and follow-up as needed, including obtaining repossession titles.
– Auction communication for reconditioning.
– Clearing units for sale once title is received and reconditioning is completed.
– Rapping the units during live sales, (remotely for now as our volume is spread out).
– Handling arbitration issues.
– Closing out payments and chasing receivables from the auctions when applicable.
– Working with recovery/servicing team for customer redemptions.
**REQUIREMENTS**:– High school diploma or equivalent
– Experience in financial services or similar industry, specific to Remarketing a plus
– Ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
– Basic understanding of finance/lending; experience in Remarketing inventory management a plus
– Proficient verbal and written communication skills
– Able to work well under pressure and continue to complete daily or regular tasks consistently
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong English skillsPay : $1,400/month

Salario Esperado: $1400 per month
