Welcome to Forterra Pest Control!
We are a pest control company based in Dallas, Texas, USA and are excited to hire a remote, home-based customer service representative (CSR).
We are looking for someone who is passionate, intelligent, and caring.
They will be a core member of our CSR team to support our customers.
This role is fully remote (work-from-home).
This position is for a customer service representative who will do the following:– Perform administrative duties such as reviewing customer accounts, trying to collect past due balances, and reviewing service tickets.
– Resolve customers’ concerns
– Work Monday through Friday and occasional work on SaturdaysMinimum qualifications:– 100% Fluent English (both written and spoken) and Spanish
– Stable and high speed internet connection with a wired ethernet connection
– Consistently quiet place to work
– Computer and headset that can reliably handle running multiple web programs
– Ability to learn new computer systems, processes, and programs
– Ability to learn all about pest control
