This role isn’t just about managing communications; it’s about owning them. You’ll be the guiding force, ensuring our clients’ journeys are seamless.**Your Mission**:– Lead and inspire a team, managing 5-7 high-value eCommerce clients.
– Collaborate with a talented team of Copywriters and Designers to create impactful campaigns.
– Ensure excellent client communication to drive satisfaction and ROI, while also generating ideas and creating brief overviews for client flows.

**We Need You to Have**:– At least 1 year of experience in client-facing/customer service and project/team manager roles, demonstrating your marketing flair.
– Availability Mon-Fri between 7am to 3pm UK time. May require occasional calls with client until 7pm UK time once per week.
– Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience.
– Familiarity with Trello, Slack, and G-Suite. Experience using Klaviyo is a plus!
– A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
– Quick learning and adaptability skills.
