Monday-Friday

40 hours per week.

Having a Bachelors’ degree would be a benefit
0-1 years of experience recruiting
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms
Proficient in Excel Spread sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities

This role requires you to be responsible for the entire recruitment process and will work side by side with the hiring manager to understand the needs in order to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met.
You will be required to develop ads and executing a creative sourcing strategy to identify top talent
Daily Acumen into the company, positions, will be quizzed.
