Citi Shared Services (CSS) is a vital partner to the Corporate Finance and Human Resources organizations. We ensure financial and human resources operations and processes throughout the entire employment life cycle are carried out through the performance of world-class, scalable operations. We also deliver excellence in mission-critical, global products and local services for 84 countries. Furthermore, we manage the governance of the Citi Solutions Center Network, which serves 98,000 employees, supporting Citi’s businesses and operational units. The Common Capabilities function is a part of the CSS Chief of Staff organization and integrates four business office pillars:
Employee Experience & Culture (EE&C)
Communications
Financial Management
Management Reporting & Data Analytics
The Employee Experience & Culture Business Associate will be directly responsible for leading and supporting the execution of the EE&C programs in support of all the CSS products globally, and will assume the role of EE&C Relationship Manager for Costa Rica and the broader LATAM region responsible for managing all aspects of stakeholder interactions.
**Responsibilities**:
Partner with regional stakeholders in leading the Voice of the Employee (VOE) strategy and consolidation of regional teams’ plans in alignment with organizational guidance, including but not limited to managing CSS VOE meetings, analyzing the VOE results, supporting development of action plans and creating executive-level presentation showcasing insights and anticipated impact.
Manage local and regional stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment in support of global and local EE&C programs, including site communications, local events and ad-hoc initiatives
Support global, regional and local delivery of the Employee Experience program portfolio including manager effectiveness, rewards & recognition initiatives, training & certifications, and diversity & inclusion, including but not limited to program management, facilitation, and production of metrics to showcase impact
**Qualifications**:
5 – 7 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A good team player with the ability to multi
– task
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
Must have a basic understanding of project management
**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
